Troubleshooter

What’s going wrong?

Your login code didn’t show up

  1. Check what you typed. The phone number or email has to match the one on your PatientFi account.
  2. Look in spam or junk if the code goes to your email.
  3. Check you’re on the right portal. A brand-new applicant won’t be in the Payment Portal yet.
  4. Still stuck? Use live chat in PatientFi’s help center or email [email protected].

Your two account numbers

They look similar but aren’t interchangeable. Keep both somewhere safe, like a note in your phone.

Your provider can also use your account number to look up your account.

Keep your login yours

  • Never share your passcode, even with someone who says they’re from PatientFi.
  • Type the address yourself or use a bookmark. Don’t log in from links in unexpected texts.
  • Check the address bar for app.patientfi.com or patientfi.youronlineaccount.com before you type anything.
  • This website never asks for your PatientFi login or passcode. It isn’t PatientFi.
FAQ

Login help: FAQ

What is the PatientFi login website?

PatientFi has two: the Account Portal at app.patientfi.com for applications and transaction requests, and the online Payment Portal at patientfi.youronlineaccount.com for making payments on active loans.

How do I log in to pay my PatientFi bill?

Open the Payment Portal, choose Login with PatientFi, enter your phone number and type the 4-digit one-time passcode PatientFi sends you. You can also use a username and password.

Why can't I log in to the PatientFi Payment Portal?

If you accepted your loan recently, it may not be set up yet. PatientFi says online payments can start 3 to 5 days after you accept, and your Welcome Letter email arrives about 3 to 5 business days after.

Where do I find my PatientFi account number?

The Account Portal uses a 12-digit number created when you apply. The Payment Portal uses a 10-digit number, usually ending in 000, sent in your Welcome Letter email.

How do I reset my PatientFi password?

Use the password reset page on the Payment Portal, enter your billing account username and follow the steps. Or log in with your phone number and a one-time passcode instead.

How do I change the phone number on my PatientFi account?

PatientFi's help center doesn't describe an online way to do this. Contact its customer support by live chat or at [email protected].
